My Use of AI

A Note About My Use of AI Content

At the time of writing (September 2026), I have been producing this blog for about 18 months.  That is extremely young in blog terms, and I’m pretty old in entrepreneur terms, so I need all the help I can get, and I use AI wherever I can to save time.

It’s suggested that bloggers publish an article a day to become recognised. Before AI I never managed to achieve that, alongside my busy offline business.

My blog only has about 50 articles, but even that is a challenge to keep up to date, as this is a part-time venture.

Much as I would like to go back and edit all the old ones to be sure they are accurate, I can’t do it. Please use your own due diligence rather than relying on anything here.

If I spot anything wrong, I will correct it.

For instance, I spent a full day this week revising information on a blog aimed to help retirees about a business that I once thought was suitable for beginners. Having tried it, I don’t think it is. I could have left those posts as they were, but I didn’t. I revised them to be fair to the owner of the product, because it may be good for people with certain experience and wishes.

SO – my post incorrectly suggested it was good for beginners. My experience has changed that opinion, so I rewrote the posts.

If YOU spot anything I missed, please contact me on Facebook, and I will correct it.

AI Content On My Site In 2026 and Going Forward

  • Most of my posts are AI-assisted; but some are entirely my own writing.
  • Email list building is a huge topic for one person to cover, and to keep up to date with the latest trends. Larger organisations than I am will doubtless hire writers. I don’t have the budget for that.
  • So I use AI to scan the web for comprehensive results to bring a accurate and wide coverage of the subject to my readers.
  • Crucially, while researching one business I promote, I found completely inaccurate information about it, which I feel should be correctly reflected in the posts I write. My use of AI means my posts are as up-to-date and accurate as I can make them.
  • I review and edit everything before publishing.
  • My opinions, experience, and results are always genuinely my own.
  • Some of my articles are from a non-AI-generated PLR source that I pay for (to keep myself and my subscribers up-to-date). I modify them with the permission of the original publisher and, where appropriate, I link to articles that I feel my readers may find helpful.
  • Images are a different matter! I am rubbish with images and rarely stray anyway beyond my desk to take photos, other than to enjoy coffee or a meal with my friends. They, like me, refuse to have their photos taken, and I don’t blame them. So if an image looks good, it is almost certainly AI-generated – often, like these two, using the excellent premium tools inside the Home Business Academy!
